Hello everyone, this is chu chu your anonymous flyer. Continuing from previous post, as for the rest of the business class crew duties,

#3 will play the main role of every cabin related duties. #3 is the most hated position by most female crew because they need to be an octopus. On top of what they have to do in the economy class, they’ll have to preset the headset, amenities kit(eyeshades, socks and slipper)and menu card on every passenger’s seat. #3 will have to write the passenger’s name list as we’ll need to address them by their name. The name-list also includes passenger’s preferences, status(VIP or VVIP), special assistance and any special meal order.

After completing the name list (feels as though you’re writing a composition but within a short time frame), #3 will have to double check the special meals order with #2 and report to the assistant purser that all meals are accounted for. If there are discrepancies and if the door is still open, we can ask the caterer to uplift it.

#4 will be in charge of dressing the toilets and heating the towels . They will assist #3 when they are done with their primary duties.

Both #3 and #4 will be in charge of taking all the passenger’s orders. They have to ensure that all our VIP/VVIPs will have their preferred meal choice and to “sell” the less popular choice.

An interesting fact: odd numbers will be working on the left aisle while even numbers will be on the right aisle.
