Hi everyone! It’s that time of the month and I’m feeling emotional again... So, it’s time for some sob stories that I’ve encountered/heard while working as a crew!
1. Received a note before boarding to show more attention to this recently widowed pax travelling alone with her 3 kids. Her husband’s ashes was in the cargo hold and she’s bringing him home. It saddened all of us to hear about that and we had a consensus to pay more attention to her without making it obvious. She was under our special assistance list as she was travelling alone with young kids. She looked pale and haggard and broke down during the flight.............

2. My friend’s friend had to perform infant CPR mid flight... and the 3 months old didn’t make it. She had a prevailing medical condition and her parents were bringing her to Singapore for a surgery...
3. My friend was talking to this elderly couple on ground. They were excited to go home to their son in Bangalore, whom they hadn’t met for a few years. The husband then suffered a heart attack mid flight and passed on........
