Episode 5.2: My Happening TPE Flight

Hello everyone, this is chu chu your anonymous flyer. Continuing on episode 5 with my memorable taipei flight.
It was the first day of the summer holiday in taiwan and everyone is in holiday spirits and they were mostly going to Europe for vacation and connecting via singapore. So we were having a full load from taipei-singapore.
Door was closed and we were ready to go. While the aircraft was about to take off from the runway, captain made a sudden announcement saying that we have to return to the gate as there was an engine fault, and requires the engineer to rectify the problem.
We waited for 1 hour in the aircraft(free labour. We’re not paid for delays). During the 1 hour, we did not have any free time. We need to serve drinks and snacks and worse thing is, the aft section of the aircraft does not have any air conditioning. We know it is very stuffy and we kept serving ice cold water. Crew like chuchu also sweating and armpit wet wet. We also have to pacify our passenger and ask them about their connecting flight.
Finally, Captain said that we were ready to go. Half an hour later, captain came on the P.A. AGAIN and said that we need to refuel. And again, we need to be towed back to the refueling station and that took about 1.5 hours. And now, angry and hungry passengers are at it. This passenger (lets call her pax A)kept complaining and yelling at chuchu about the delay. This pax B who was seated infront of pax A could’t take it anymore and say to pax A, 安全当然是第一不然你要我们全部一起死吗？（safety first if not you want us to die?) pax A was so angry and kept scolding pax B saying she is rude. How can she curse her to death. Chuchu is so happy that someone voiced out for her. But chuchu is professional and cannot be rude to passenger.
Chu chu offered another seat to pax B if she wants a seat change because pax A kept “chanting”to her. Pax B said that she was alright and chuchu told pax B if she needs to change just let Chu Chu know. She will be more than glad to assist her. I am so touched by Pax B and I packed some goodies bag for her as a token of gratitude.
I will be continuing on this flight tomorrow...
