Hello everyone, this is chu chu your anonymous flyer. Continuing on passenger’s boarding....

In business class, We have to go around with a tray of juice, champagne, and a welcome drink to offer all passengers. The aisle is so narrow and people will knock on to you and the tray, will of course, inevitably be knocked over.....

Yes, chuchu did spilled an entire tray of drinks on a passenger before. SO EMBARRASSING! I had to keep apologising and luckily, he was very nice about it. PHEW! not all pax are like him. It depends on luck. If the passenger is nice, then you are safe. In my case, I am really very lucky. He said that it was okay and you don’t mean to do it. Just treat it as if I just had a champagne shower. Chu Chu was so “touched”! 😭

The purser will issue a voucher for the passenger as a token of apology. So lucky that he got extra clothes with him and chuchu offered to wash the clothes that he is currently wearing and air-dry it for him ( luckily for us, the cabin is very dry, so the clothes dried before landing)

Chu chu got lucky indeed.

In general, most of the passengers are really nice but there are still a handful of people that will get on our nerves. We really don’t care if you claim your ticket by miles or if you paid for your own ticket. As long as you are nice, we will be doubly nice to you.
